Get an overview of the PHS Fitness Center on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:30-11:30am. This experience is designed to familiarize you with our facilities, introduce you to our staff, and help you make the most of your membership.Orientation Overview: Introduction: Meet our friendly team who will guide you through your fitness journey. We’ll discuss our mission, values, and the services we offer. Facility Walkthrough: Our tour will take you through the different areas of the center, including the gym floor, cardio section, strength training area, group fitness studios, swimming pool, and showers/restrooms. Equipment Demonstration: Get a hands-on introduction to our equipment. Our trainers will show you how to use the machines properly and safely. Group Classes: Discover our diverse class schedule. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga, and stretch & core, we offer something for every fitness level. Safety & Policies: We’ll cover essential safety, facility policies, and how to access other classes through MyRec. Tour Details: Duration: Approximately 60 minutes What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and any questions you might have Location: Meet at the Fitness Center front desk 10 minutes before your scheduled orientation time.
