SST is open to ALL 9th-12th grade athletes in all sports and all levels. Our goal is simple: build stronger, faster and more explosive athletes. This is a program designed to boost performance in EVERY sport for ALL athletes, prevent future injuries and we'll also build leadership skills along the way.You will need a current Fitness Center membership. You'll use your Fitness Center barcode to scan in each day.  If you are not in a winter sport, you should be signed up for Winter SST.

Our experienced staff have been teaching children to swim for many years. We use the American Red Cross courses.  **Child must be at least 50" tall and 6 years of age to participate in swim lessons in the PHS pool.** Kids need to be able to stand with their heads above the water. It is a safety issue. Our experienced staff have been teaching children to swim for many years. We use the American Red Cross courses.  **Child must be at least 50" tall and 6 years of age to participate in swim lessons in the PHS pool.** Kids need to be able to stand with their heads above the water. It is a safety issue. Bring your own clubs and balls and practice your golf skills indoors. Putting greens also available. Doubles can use the same golf cage. Procedures:   Register by 4pm each Friday, so we can prepare a roster for our Saturday Fitness Center worker.  When you arrive, check in with the Fitness Center staff person. You are expected to watch your time and only stay for the hour or hours for which you registered. Please wear only soft or rubber spikes or tennis shoes in the multi-purpose facility. No metal spikes allowed. When golfing, only hit from the mats to help protect the turf.  Use the cages for golf only; please do not practice other sports during this time. When you leave, please stop by the Fitness Center to check out.  We are trying to offer this opportunity at minimal costs and with minimal staff needs from our office. We appreciate your honesty and again welcome any ideas on how to improve this program.  We hope to add simulators and more in the future. Our experienced staff have been teaching children to swim for many years. We use the American Red Cross courses.  **Child must be at least 50" tall and 6 years of age to participate in swim lessons in the PHS pool.** Kids need to be able to stand with their heads above the water. It is a safety issue. The class will cover the basics of budgeting, understanding credit, mortgage loan options, down-payment assistance programs, and the preapproval process. Participants will learn what to expect during home showings, how to make a competitive offer, and the role of professionals such as real estate agents, lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, and title companies. You are expected to watch your time and only stay for the hour or hours for which you registered. Please wear only soft or rubber spikes or tennis shoes in the multi-purpose facility. No metal spikes allowed. When golfing, only hit from the mats to help protect the turf.  Use the cages for golf only; please do not practice other sports during this time. When you leave, please stop by the Fitness Center to check out.  We are trying to offer this opportunity at minimal costs and with minimal staff needs from our office. We appreciate your honesty and again welcome any ideas on how to improve this program.  We hope to add simulators and more in the future. Our experienced staff have been teaching children to swim for many years. We use the American Red Cross courses.  **Child must be at least 50" tall and 6 years of age to participate in swim lessons in the PHS pool.** Kids need to be able to stand with their heads above the water. It is a safety issue. Doubles can use the same golf cage. Procedures:   Register by 4pm each Friday, so we can prepare a roster for our Saturday Fitness Center worker.  When you arrive, check in with the Fitness Center staff person. You are expected to watch your time and only stay for the hour or hours for which you registered. Please wear only soft or rubber spikes or tennis shoes in the multi-purpose facility. No metal spikes allowed. When golfing, only hit from the mats to help protect the turf.  Use the cages for golf only; please do not practice other sports during this time. When you leave, please stop by the Fitness Center to check out.  We are trying to offer this opportunity at minimal costs and with minimal staff needs from our office. We appreciate your honesty and again welcome any ideas on how to improve this program.  We hope to add simulators and more in the future. Our experienced staff have been teaching children to swim for many years. We use the American Red Cross courses.  **Child must be at least 50" tall and 6 years of age to participate in swim lessons in the PHS pool.** Kids need to be able to stand with their heads above the water. It is a safety issue.
