Understanding Pelvic Floor Health NEW!

Understanding Pelvic Floor Health - a topic for all ages
Join us for an educational workshop designed to help women better understand their pelvic floor and the important role it plays throughout every stage of life. Learn how pelvic floor health impacts bladder and bowel function, core stability, sexual health, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, menopause, and overall well-being. We’ll break down what's normal, what’s not, and the common symptoms women are often told they simply have to “live with.” You’ll leave with practical strategies to support a strong, healthy, and functional pelvic floor for years to come.

Instructor: Miki Eaton WHNP-BC, Certified Pelvic Health Clinician, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner

Fee: $5 (to be donated to Mental Health America)
