MyoYin For Athletes & Office Workers NEW! • Register • View Cart •

MyoYin for Athletes blends targeted myofascial release with long, passive Yin stretches to support mobility, recovery, and injury prevention. This workshop is designed to relieve muscle tension, improve range of motion, and enhance athletic performance. Includes a pair of RAD Recovery Rounds so you can keep your body game-ready at home. Includes a pair of Myo balls.
Bring: yoga mat if you have one.


MyoYin for Office Workers is a deeply relaxing workshop designed to counter the aches and stiffness of desk life. We’ll use therapy balls for gentle muscle release, then sink into calming stretches. Includes a pair of RAD Recovery Rounds to keep the relief going at home or at your desk. Includes a pair of Myo balls.
Bring: yoga mat if you have one.

Where should I park for the PHS Studio?
Park in front near the south end of PHS, in the oval parking lot, and enter door #18. When you come through the double doors, you will turn left and go through two more doors to the steps downstairs, at the bottom of the steps after going through the door, you will enter the first set of doors on your right.
