This class will guide participants through the process of making simple yet sophisticated fresh cheeses that are perfect for entertaining or gifting. We will delve into the ingredients, techniques, and nuances of cheese making, ensuring everyone leaves with the knowledge and confidence to create delightful dairy creations. Includes samples, recipes, and cheese to take home.

Parking Instructions:
PHS Room C105 Parking: Enter the north entrance to PHS. Park in front parking spaces (by flagpole) and enter Door#3. Take first hall to right and the Culinary Arts room (C103/C105) will be the first classroom on right.
