Learn to make your own starter from scratch, working with pumpernickel flour to make a braided marble rye and creating "Art Bread" with sculptural designs on the top of bread.

Please bring these additional items to class: 
Mixing bowl & large spoon
Quart jar with lid
Measuring Spoons
Measuring cups
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
Small serrated knife
Paring knife
Paper grocery bag (large, standard size)

Parking Instructions:
PHS Room C105 Parking: Enter the north entrance to PHS. Park in front parking spaces (by flagpole) and enter Door#3. Take first hall to right and the Culinary Arts room (C103/C105) will be the first classroom on right.
