This exciting accountability group gives you the opportunity to exercise up to 6 days a week! With a 3-month Fitness Center membership, you'll have access to land fitness classes (space permitting), as well as weekly group meetings—all at one price.
This program leverages the most effective tools for regular exercise: accountability, variety, and group support. Additionally, you'll receive weekly tips from the Wellness Coordinator, along with a personalized fitness plan tailored to your goals.
