Learn to make cultured butter, yogurt, kefir and fresh cheese at home. This class combines discussion with demonstrations and hands-on experiences of making cultured milk products and several varieties of cheese, Samples and recipes will be provided along with all supplies. Bring from home: an apron, and a small box to carry things home in. Shoe box size.
