The term focaccia comes from the Latin “focus” that is “cooked on fire”…Learn the art of creating Focaccia bread with three flavorings and sample results of the savory and the sweet. To compliment the baking, students will be also stirring up winter squash bisque/soup for a hearty cold weather meal. Step by step instructions and resource materials provided. Come hungry, leave satiated.

PHS Room C105 Parking: Enter the north entrance to PHS. Park in front parking spaces (by flagpole) and enter Door#3. Take first hall to right and the Culinary Arts room (C103/C105) will be the first classroom on right.
