20 minutes of high-powered & motivational shallow-water aerobics followed by 20 minutes with equipment. Your feet will be off the floor for long periods of time, and you’ll use equipment.

Parking: Park in back of school in designated areas and enter Door 13 (across from tennis courts). Please do not block the service road.
