Home Cheese Making: Let's Make Curds

Join Linda Conroy, owner of Moonwise Herbs and learn to make curds from start to finish: selecting milk, adding cultures, & milling the curds. Making cheese curds at home is fun, easy, and delicious! Sample other styles of homemade cheese. Everyone will participate and take home curds as well as recipes.

Parking: Enter the north entrance to PHS.  Park in front parking spaces (by flagpole) and enter Door#3. Take first hall to right and the Culinary Arts room will be the first classroom on right.
