Artisan Sourdough Breads

Sample a variety of sourdough and cast-iron baked breads while learning the art of fermentation bread making. Students will receive step-by-step instructions, recipes, a jar of starter, and ready-to-bake sourdough loaves.

Additional information: Bring a large mixing bowl, two loaf pans (9"x5"x2.5"), ingredients to flavor your loaves (raisins, cinnamon, cranberries, unsalted nuts, flax seeds, cheese, pesto, sundried tomatoes, figs or your favorite), and an optional apron.

Early Bird Discount- receive $10 off the class fee until April 7th! Discount given at checkout.

Parking Info.
Parking: Enter the north entrance to PHS. Park in front parking spaces (by flagpole) and enter Door#3. Take first hall to right and the Culinary Arts room (C105) will be the first classroom on right.
