Sample a variety of sourdough and cast-iron baked breads while learning the art of fermentation bread making. Students will receive step-by-step instructions, recipes, a jar of starter, and ready-to-bake sourdough loaves.
Additional information: Bring a large mixing bowl, two loaf pans (9"x5"x2.5"), ingredients to flavor your loaves (raisins, cinnamon, cranberries, unsalted nuts, flax seeds, cheese, pesto, sundried tomatoes, figs or your favorite), and an optional apron.
