Vinyasa Yoga
This all-levels yoga class focuses on breath and movement. Challenge your body by toning muscle and building core strength through a sequence of poses. Some yoga experience is recommended, although modifications will be suggested. Please bring a mat if you have one.

This class focuses on calming the mind and body. Slowly and mindfully move through poses, emphasizing breath and alignment, while building core muscle and relieving stress. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a mat if you have one.

Where should I park for the PHS Studio?
Park in front near the south end of PHS, in the oval parking lot, and enter door #18. When you come through the double doors, you will turn left and go through two more doors to the steps downstairs, at the bottom of the steps after going through the door, you will enter the first set of doors on your right.
