Get an overview of the PHS Fitness Center. This experience is designed to familiarize you with our facilities, introduce you to our staff, and help you make the most of your membership.Orientation Overview: Introduction: Meet our friendly team who will guide you through your fitness journey. We’ll discuss our mission, values, and the services we offer. Facility Walkthrough: Our tour will take you through the different areas of the center, including the gym floor, cardio section, strength training area, group fitness studios, swimming pool, and showers/restrooms. Equipment Demonstration: Get a hands-on introduction to our equipment. Our trainers will show you how to use the machines properly and safely. Group Classes: Discover our diverse class schedule. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga, and stretch & core, we offer something for every fitness level. Safety & Policies: We’ll cover essential safety, facility policies, and how to access other classes through MyRec. Tour Details: Duration: Approximately 30 minutes What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and any questions you might have Location: Meet at the Fitness Center front desk 10 minutes before your scheduled orientation time. We’re here to support you every step of the way, and we encourage you to ask any questions or share any fitness goals you have. Let’s get started on your path to a healthier, stronger you.
