For those currently in grades 6 & 7. Learn the basics of athletic-based fitness training and develop speed, explosiveness, agility, strength, & conditioning. Students who complete the class and pass the Free-Weight Safety Test can use the PHS Fitness Center independently.Instructor: Julie FraustoFree, but be sure to register by June 9th!Class is limited to 30 students.
