Speed & Strength Training - Winter Speed & Strength Training SST is open to ALL 9th-12th grade athletes in all sports and all levels. Our goal is simple: build stronger, faster and more explosive athletes. This is a program designed to boost performance in EVERY sport for ALL athletes, prevent future injuries and we'll also build leadership skills along the way.You will need a current Fitness Center membership. You'll use your Fitness Center barcode to scan in each day. If you are not in a winter sport, you should be signed up for Winter SST.
