Middle-School Lifting - Middle-School Lifting- Tuesdays & Thursdays The program is open to area students in grades 7 and 8, including those who are homeschooled or attending parochial schools.These training sessions will help your child learn the basics of athletic-based fitness training and help develop their speed, explosiveness, agility, strength, and conditioning. This class serves as an introduction to the training programs that athletes are expected to participate in at the high-school level.Please register for 1 session- either M/W or T/Th.Students who successfully complete the program will be allowed to work out independently in the Fitness Center at Plymouth High School, once they are registered for a free membership. All students must have a membership- this activates a barcode which is needed to scan in to use the PHS Fitness Center.
