Middle-School Lifting - Middle-School Lifting- Tuesdays & Thursdays The program is open to area students in grades 7 and 8, including those who are homeschooled or attending parochial schools.These training sessions will help your child learn the basics of athletic-based fitness training and help develop their speed, explosiveness, agility, strength, and conditioning. This class serves as an introduction to the training programs that athletes are expected to participate in at the high-school level.Please register for 1 session- either M/W or T/Th.Students who successfully complete the program will be allowed to work out independently in the Fitness Center at Plymouth High School, once they are registered for a free membership. All students must have a membership- this activates a barcode which is needed to scan in to use the PHS Fitness Center.

Middle School Girls Basketball - Middle School Girls Basketball Middle School Girls Basketball: Winter sport- Open to middle school girls grades 7-8 in our community, including those homeschooled or attending parochial schools. Please be sure to complete additional forms and download the physical evaluation form. All forms must be competed and the physical evaluation form turned in for student to be able to participate.

Cycle and Core - Cycle and Core Enjoy an endless variety of intervals of high cardio bouts on the bike and core strength exercises off the bike to improve strength and endurance.Instructor: JessicaEarly Bird Discount- receive $10 off the class fee until January 5th! Discount given at checkout.Cancellations: Make sure your email & phone number are correct in MyRec and that you have enabled mobile notifications.Where should I park?Park in the front parking circle at Riverview and enter the main office entrance.
